PUTTING ON THE GLITZ

Closing the 2009/ 2010 Season at the Salon Varieties Theatre is “ Putting on the Glitz”; an all singing, all dancing musical spectacular. The show brings to you a compilation of some of the best song and dance routines from some of the finest musicals to grace Broadway and the West End of London; including Oliver; West Side Story; Hairspray, Jesus Christ Superstar, Evita and Les Miserables, to name just a few. . We also have a mix of comedy, and pop music sketches from The Salon Rat Pack; Lizz Tina Turner; The Saturday Nights and The Sunday Mornings, The “Swells”, from Easter Parade, plus much much more. This is a show which will take you on a rollercoaster ride of emotion and is a show you will not want to miss. Directed and Musically directed by Eddie Barnett, Choreographed by the very talented Claire Hirons; Orchestrations by Andy Claridge, “Putting On The Glitz” Runs from the 21st of May  to the 26th of May 2010; nightly at 8pm; Sunday 7pm.
