THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST

Style, intellect and wit, “The Importance of Being Earnest”, Oscar Wilde at his very best, and so was this elegant production, costumes, scenery, cast - pure chic!

The production itself was fraught with danger as one by one the cast was overcome by illness and accident and in true trooper fashion “stand-in's” came to the rescue, the whole scenario could have been penned by the great man himself, but as in all Wilde's plays it all works out in the end, as did this superb production, a real tribute to the actors in maintaining a better than British attitude through the whole thing and making this a joy to watch.
